No Midnight Release for Wii U at GameStop?
If you’re a fan of midnight releases you were probably rubbed the wrong way when GameStop denied you the pleasure of getting a Wii in the first few hours of it’s launch day. Your hatred likely began to really boil when you were told Skyward Sword would only be available during regular hours at your local GameStop rather than getting the coveted midnight release status. Well prepare to feel shafted again, as it’s looking very likely that Nintendo’s Wii U will also be overlooked for the midnight release status, the same as all Nintendo’s first party products. None of this is confirmed of course, but rumours have been circulating and looking at GameStop’s past history with Nintendo products, it does seem likely to be true.
